Click to the products itself, and read the description.
Select the quantity wanted, and ad to your basket (you can find the basket on top of every page).
On your basket go to checkout and follow the payment instructions.
The privacy of our customers is very important for us!
We don't share customers informations to third parties, except for shipping informations with some manufacturers and shipping providers.
Payment informations will never being shared to others, excepts for processing directly with payment providers, like PayPal or other official credit card payment providers.

About shipping
Customers are required to pay all related return shipping costs. The refund will be processed after we've receive and checked the items.

ABOUT RETURNS & REFUNDS
The time to request a return or refund, is to a maximum of 14-30 days after arrival date, depending of the purchased product.

Follow these 3 steps:
To return an item, please contact us before and provide us with some information about the issue.
We'll check the informations, and up on approval, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Number (RMN).
After receiving of the RMN, return the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, to the address you will receive from us.

ABOUT CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
We usually pay for customs & import tax fees in advance.
Unfortunately this is not possible on every single item coming from abroad.
In those cases, where we will not be able to pay for the customs and import taxes in advance, the fees are already subtracted from our product price tag.
In this case the customer pays for those taxes upon arrival of the product, directly with their local customs.
See next question, to find out for wich items this may apply.
Depending on your personal or regional duty free allowance, Customs and Import Tax Fees, may apply for some products upon receiving or not. This is since some of our products will be shipped directly from our manufacturer all over the world.
Usually there are some free allowances to Customs and Import Tax duties in most countries. To find out if this applies to you, for your country or state, contact your local customs office.
Please check the notes on each product info section, since we will state where customs and import taxes may apply, upon arrival of the product.

Abourt Covid-19
Our team is working from home, when ever possible.
Wherever working from home is not possible, we practice social distancing. This is because the health of our employees and customers, is very important for us!
We are in contact with our manufacturers, since processing & delivery times may be longer than usual, due to the actual COVID-19 situation.
Anyway we do our best to deliver our products as fast as possible.
In many cases not.
In most the cases the orders arrived on time, even due to the actual shipping restrictions.
This depends of many unpredictable circumstances, like:
Every country has different restrictions, about quarantine of freight, before delivery of the package can take place to the customers.
Where is the shipping comming from?
Where is the shipping going to?
Does the shipping have to cross borders?
In any case all our shippings are tracked, and you can check the tracking number provided to you.
Many of our products are coming directly from all over the world.
And in many countries, there are quarantine of freight restrictions, before delivery of the package can take place to the customers.
Additionally manufacturers have to comply with social distancing regulations, which additional delays production process.
