RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds for customized items are generally not accepted without a valid reason. However, if a return is approved, it must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. The original, sealed packaging must be included.
Please note that shipping fees and customization fees are non-refundable.
