RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, sealed packaging, and all original paperwork, including IGI and/or GIA certificates, must be included. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or show signs of wear.
Upon receiving your returned jewelry, our Graduate Gemologist will inspect it for authenticity. If the return is approved, you will receive a Jewelry Credit Memo, and the refund process will take up to 2 weeks to complete.
